The US Energy Information Administration said on Tuesday that crude oil shipments to the US totaled more than 60 million barrels in the first six months of 2023.
According to a table obtained by Shafaq News Agency, Iraq exported 60.387 million barrels of crude oil and its derivatives to the United States from March to August.
She went on to say that Iraq’s oil and derivatives exports in August totaled 9.905 million barrels, a 498 thousand barrel increase from July, when they reached 9.407 million barrels, and a 575 thousand barrel increase from June, when exports totaled 9.330 million barrels.
According to the US Energy Information Administration, OPEC’s crude oil and product exports to America for the six-month period were 261.284 million barrels, with Saudi Arabia having the greatest rate of exports to America, hitting 86.470 million barrels during the same time period.
