Muhammad Nouri, a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, suggested two reasons for the delay in releasing the 2023 budget till now.
In answer to a query from program host Saleh Al-Hamdani on the “X” platform, followed by ” Jarida “, Nouri ascribed the delay in publishing the budget on “the lack of cash flow from the dinar, and the 70% decline in cash dollars arriving from the Federal Reserve.”
