According to the US Energy Information Administration, Iraq exported 65.737 million barrels of oil to the US in the first six months of this year.
Iraq’s crude oil and product exports to the United States climbed by 33.5% during the first six months of 2023, from January to June, reaching 64.737 million barrels, up from 48.459 million barrels, or 13.9%, during the same period in 2022. In the same time in 2021, oil shipments to America totaled 27.046 million barrels.
Furthermore, the greatest rate of oil shipments to America during the first six months of 2023 was 12.168 million barrels in February, while the lowest rate was 9.330 million barrels in June.
